Tech Support and
Facilities Support is now a piece of cake at STET.
STET's Work Submission help desk software is very easy to use,
but here are a few tips, just in case you'd like some coaching...
1. Go to www.STET.ws to access this web site.
2. Choose "Accounting Support" or "Facilities Support" or "Textbook Support" or "PC Technical Support."
NOTE: Teachers - you are welcome to enter PC Technical Support
and/or Textbook Support requests on your own.
However, the Facilities Support system and the Accounting
Support system are designated for principals & their assistants.
3. Login as one of the following:
h1 h2 h3 co
(the PC Tech Support password is the same as the user name)
(the Accounting Support password is the same as the user name)
(the Textbook Support password is the same as the user name)
(the Facilities Support password is not the same as the user name)
4. Click on "Create a New Ticket" (left side of screen)
5. Fill-in-the-blanks and click [Submit].
6. Click "Logout" and close your browser.
It's that simple... :-)
